The terms
of using this site.

These terms govern your use of nomisma.ai and any subdomain we operate. The agreement is between you and Nomisma LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site is informational. It describes Nomisma AI, the venture studio, and AI Startech, our incubation program. It includes contact forms for investors, founders, enterprises, and applicants.

The site is not an offer to sell securities, not investment advice, and not an offer of a fiduciary relationship. Any actual partnership, investment, or engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement.

• →Read it, link to it, share it on social media or in private correspondence.
• →Quote short excerpts in commentary or reporting with attribution.

What you cannot do:

• →Republish whole pages or substantial portions without written permission.
• →Scrape the site at scale or in violation of our robots.txt.
• →Use any part of the site as training data for a third-party AI model without our written permission.
• →Use Nomisma names, logos, or trademarks for your own purposes without permission.

When you submit information to us through the contact form or as part of an AI Startech application:

• →You confirm the information is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• →You grant us permission to read, store, and respond to your submission — subject to our privacy policy.
• →A submission does not create any obligation on Nomisma to invest, partner, advise, or respond. It also does not create any obligation on you.
• →Confidentiality of ideas: we treat applicants’ information with reasonable care and do not share it outside our team. Formal confidentiality agreements (NDAs) are negotiated separately when due diligence begins.

The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and online but we make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of forward-looking statements, suitability for any purpose, or fitness for any use beyond reading.

Statistics on the site (companies in build, countries, pipeline) describe the studio at the time of publishing and change over time.

Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. Decisions you make based on what you read here are your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomisma LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for use of the public site, is zero).

The site may link to other websites we don’t control (LinkedIn, email clients, partner sites). We aren’t responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those sites.

If you have administrator access to /admin, you are responsible for keeping your password and TOTP device secure. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. Notify us immediately at security@nomisma.ai if you suspect compromise.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time at our discretion, including blocking IP addresses that abuse the contact form or analytics endpoints.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
